Role Description
This full-time hybrid role of District Sales Manager will be based in Cairo, Egypt. Some flexibility for remote work will be available. The District Sales Manager will oversee sales activities in the Cairo and Gharbia regions, manage and support a team of sales representatives, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include strategizing sales plans, building relationships with healthcare professionals, monitoring market trends, and ensuring the effective implementation of sales initiatives to increase brand awareness and market share.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, team leadership, and achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, marketing strategies, and competitive market analysis
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in planning and implementing effective sales initiatives
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a sales team toward success
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a results-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel within Cairo and Gharbia regions
- A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage
