Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a District Sales Manager based in Alexandria, with opportunities for some remote work. The District Sales Manager will oversee sales activities in the designated region, develop and implement sales plans, and lead a team to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, analyzing market trends, training and mentoring sales representatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experince as District Sales Manager
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives
- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to train, motivate, and guide a sales team
- Analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop successful sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or healthcare industries is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Science Vetrainary , Pharmacy
- Flexibility to work both on-site and remotely as required
