District Sales Manager

District Manager – Delta 1

We are hiring an experienced District Manager to lead our medical sales team across Delta 1, covering Ortho & Pedia line.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, or Science.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Experience as a Senior Medical Representative, Supervisor, or District Manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and Delta territory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
• Valid driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the medical sales team to achieve assigned targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and field support.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies across the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and sales performance.
• Identify business opportunities and support the team in achieving growth objectives.
