On behalf of our Distributor partner in Egypt Ibnsina Pharma, Bioderma is hiring a District Sales Manager to lead, coach, and manage the performance of a team of Medical Representatives, driving HCP engagement and business results for the detailing portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Medical Representatives to achieve HCP coverage, call frequency, and prescriber growth targets.
- Drive field execution excellence through joint visits, detailing quality coaching, and scientific knowledge development.
- Monitor team performance via CRM and dashboards, ensuring disciplined reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Overseeing and initiating engagements with clear outcome and ROI tracking.
- Build a high-performing, collaborative team culture aligned with Bioderma's objectives.
- Ensure adherence to meeting cadences, reporting deadlines, and company processes.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of dermo cosmetic sales experience, including proven people management.
- Strong track record coaching medical rep teams and delivering field KPIs.
- Data-driven, CRM-savvy, and confident developing talent.
- A relevant medical or healthcare background is mandatory, Pharmacy degree is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
