Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow business with key pharmacy chains .
  • Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing managers and decision-makers within pharmacy chains.
  • Negotiate annual agreements, commercial terms, and promotional plans with chains.
  • Ensure product listing, visibility, and proper shelf stock across all assigned branches.
  • Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and stock levels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors activities, and price changes within the pharmacy sector.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to execute promotions and ensure product availability.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Handle in-store activation, promotions, and merchandising plans.
  • Resolve any issues related to returns, shortages, or delayed payments.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned chains.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or related field.
  • 35 years experience in pharmacy chains key accounts (Mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmacy retail market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to build long-term partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driving license.
