Wellness Pharma is an Egyptian pharmaceutical company delivering high-quality pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical products. We are expanding our field force in Dakahlia and are looking for a District Sales Manager to lead our team.

Role Overview

The District Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of 8 Medical Representatives covering Mansoura, Damietta, and the French Line area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of 8 Medical Representatives across Mansoura, Damietta, and the French Line area.
• Achieve district sales targets across all assigned areas.
• Set monthly targets and plans for the team and monitor daily performance and coverage.
• Conduct regular double visits with reps to doctors and pharmacies.
• Build strong relationships with key doctors, pharmacies, and distributors in the area.
• Analyze market data and competitor activity and recommend action plans.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales and performance reports to the Area Manager.
• Recruit, train, and develop new Medical Representatives when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science.
• Proven experience as a District Sales Manager or Supervisor in a pharmaceutical company (Medical Rep experience is a must).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of the Mansoura, Damietta, and French Line markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Residence in Mansoura is highly preferred.
