Purpose/Key Accountabilities
Main duties are the professional presentation of completed work programme i.e. the overall responsibility for final reports and reporting system of diving operation.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Programme work tasks through liaison with the diving supervisor and the client representative
- Brief divers as necessary for the tasks in hand
- Assimilate all information provided by the inspection diver via the diving supervisor
- Collate all information into a full and complete report for submission to client
- Ensure report is presented as a final document along with all drawings, logs, video tapes, photographs, and data sheets, etc. along with all the data contained on a 3- HD Disk compatible and formatted for the client computers and software
- Act as a Quality Control interface between the client and the contractor
- Ensure that the client inspection requirements and standards are met
- To always protect oneself, colleagues, worksites, equipment and the environment
HSE Responsibilities
- Highlighting Diving Employees concerns about workplace hazards, unsafe practices and QHSE performance
- Formally escalating QHSE issues to concerned and direct management
- Will have adequate understanding of job hazards to complete any assigned task safely
Will be responsible for:
- Following supervisor's instructions which are in line with company policies and guidelines
- Learning and executing operational procedures on Health, Safety and Environmental Protection for the job in hand
- Using personnel protective clothing and equipment as provided
- Reporting any hazardous condition to the immediate supervisor and warning colleagues for their safety or health as necessary
- Maintaining Hand Tolls, Plant and Equipment in safe working condition and reporting any defect to the immediate supervisor
- Reporting any accidents, however small and near-misses to the supervisor
- Participating in HSE Meetings and contributing ideas to promote HSE causes
- Participating in Safety incentive schemes.
- Participating in Tool Box Talks
Key Performance Indicators:
Finalize requested reports in a timely manner and as per the company's & client's standards.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor degree of Engineering or Bachelor degree of architecture.
The following Certificates:
CSWIP 3.4U
Experience
5 years of experience in the offshore diving preferred in Oil & Gas and or related industry.
or
2 years as a Report Coordinator in similar works.
Age from 25 55 Years .
Competencies
Shall have enough knowledge, experience and training in various diving operations.
Skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Very good user of MS-Windows, Office, Auto CAD 2D and 3D
