Job Description

As the Division Manager - Corporate Banking, you will be a key leader in MashreqBank Egypt's Corporate department. Your primary responsibility is to manage and mentor a diverse team of Senior Relationship Managers, Relationship Managers, and Assistant Relationship Managers. Together, you will work towards achieving business growth objectives by leveraging the bank's comprehensive range of banking solutions across various segments.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of SRMs, RMs, and ARMs, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the bank's corporate client base and market presence.
  • Foster strong partnerships with product experts in Global Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, and Treasury and Global Markets to create customized banking solutions for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, maintaining the highest ethical conduct.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting professional growth.
  • Collaborate with other divisions and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and explore cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to enhance the bank's competitive edge.
  • Represent MashreqBank Egypt at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, building the bank's reputation and network.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate banking, demonstrating a successful track record in business development.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products and services, including GTB, IB, and TGM offerings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strategic mindset to identify business opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of building and maintaining relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant banking software applications.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills for client and colleague interactions.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business development and client engagement.
  • A results-driven and proactive approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
