Job Title: Document Controller
Role Purpose:
The Document Controller is responsible of providing general inter-Divisional document control work. Make a professional document control to the company's record for all activities/processes using the automated document control and management system.
DUTIES:
1- Electronic Archiving:
- Segregate all records and make Fillings for the company records on activity basis.
- Maintain controlled documentation using an automated document control system.
- Scanning and making electronic copies of paper documents and file originals, being careful to maintain an organized system for locating documents at a later time.
- Make backups for all records on a weekly basis.
2- Document Control:
- Act as an administrator for the document control and management software.
- Monitor the distribution and reconciliation of process or reference documents.
- Adhere to security and confidentiality guidelines, such as locking cabinets or shredding certain documents after creating electronic copies.
- Help all employees to recall the relevant records for their activities.
3- Housekeeping:
- Supervise the cleanliness of the archiving area and keep it tidy.
- Keep all tools used in excellent working conditions and follow up on its periodical maintenance.
- Make backup for all records on a weekly basis.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1- Necessary Knowledge and Experience:
- A minimum 12 years experience in related field.
- Fluent in English Language, preferable to be good in Arabic Language.
- Proficiency in MS office.
2- Education:
- High school level or equivalent.
