Due to the continued growth, Vector Corrosion Middle East Division (VCME) based business is hiring for a Document Controller & Administrator. In this project-based role, you will be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
Collect, scan and upload documents following set procedures
Ensure all technical documents, such as reports, drawings and blueprints, are collected and registered in system
Use SmartSolve Document Management for everyday operations, maintenance and quality control
Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them
Print and distribute documents as necessary
Work with documents and records across various departments, including human resources, marketing and construction
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Minimum 5 years experience in the UAE/Middle East
Experience as a project document controller working with systems such as Acconex
Organised, pro-active and IT savvy (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Engineering or technical background an added advantage
Must live in Dubai and be available for immediate start
