Document Controller & Secretary (Bilingual – Arabic/English)
Job Purpose
To manage all project documentation and provide administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth information flow between site and head office for a civil construction project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage document control system (drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts).
- Maintain document version control and filing systems.
- Track correspondence and maintain logs.
- Ensure proper distribution of documents between site and head office.
- Perform general administrative and secretarial duties.
- Support project team with coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English).
- Experience in document control systems preferred, preferably in construction projects.
