We are a diversified Main Contractor hiring a Document Controller
Job Functions:
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a centralized document control system to manage company documentation, including drawings, specifications, vendor submissions, and more.
- Log, track, and update all documents to ensure accuracy, version control, and full traceability.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive database register to monitor document revisions and status.
- Create and manage a distribution matrix to allocate controlled copies to relevant stakeholders (staff, contractors, suppliers, clients).
- Coordinate the review, approval, and distribution of engineering, QC, and supplier documentation according to project requirements.
- Ensure efficient document workflows and strict adherence to company policies for both internal and external documentation.
Qualifications:
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Proven 3 to 4 years experience with Main Contracting Company in U.A.E,
- Bachelor's Degree holder.
- Proficient in MS Office
