Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, register, and track incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain proper filing system (hard copy and electronic).
- Keep record of drawings, submittals, and project documents.
- Ensure latest approved documents are available to the team.
- Prepare document transmittals and reports.
- Coordinate with engineers, site team, and consultants.
- Archive completed project documents.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of experience in a construction company.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Experience with document control systems (Aconex/EDMS preferred).
- Good organizational and communication skills
