Description

We are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing project documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency in document handling.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage all project documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that documents are properly stored, tracked, and archived.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of documents.
  • Implement document control processes and systems to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in document control or a related field.
  • Proficiency in document management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for document management.
