We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents and records while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and archive all project and company documentation (hard & soft copies).
- Control document versions and ensure the latest updates are always available.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission and accuracy of documents.
- Monitor document flow (incoming/outgoing) and maintain proper logs.
- Prepare regular reports on document status and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
