Description
We are currently seeking a Document Controller with 2-5 years of experience in the construction industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all project documentation and ensuring that all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Distribute documents to project team members and ensure that all parties have the most up-to-date information
- Ensure that all documents are properly filed and stored in accordance with company standards
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all documents are accurate and complete
- Respond to requests for information and provide support to project team members as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software
- Knowledge of document control processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
