Document Controller / Store Coordinator (Female)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller / Store Coordinator to support project and procurement operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, processing supply chain transactions, and ensuring effective coordination between project, procurement, and store teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) accurately and maintain supporting records.
- Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in line with project and operational requirements while ensuring timely approvals.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Project teams regarding:
- PR creation and follow up for approval status
- Purchase Order (PO) status
- Material deliveries recording and documentation
- Maintain, organize and store documentation.
- Prepare status reports and track pending approvals, deliveries, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure records are updated, accurate, and readily accessible.
- Support general store and administrative activities as required.
- Report directly to the Store Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in document control, procurement coordination, supply chain support, or project administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Preferred Competencies
- Knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes.
- Experience in handling GRNs, PRs, and supplier-related documentation.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of records.
