Job Summary
- Manage and control tender documents, including RFPs, ITTs, drawings, specifications, BOQs, addenda, and correspondence.
- Maintain document registers, revision logs, tender trackers, transmittals, and submission records.
- Ensure the latest tender documents are properly distributed and controlled.
- Coordinate with Estimation, Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, and other departments to collect tender inputs.
- Compile and organize technical and commercial tender submissions in line with client requirements.
- Manage tender clarifications, Q&A, addenda, and client correspondence.
- Upload, download, and track documents through client portals and electronic document management systems.
- Maintain proper filing and archiving of completed tender submissions for future reference.
- Support the Tender Manager in meeting tender submission deadlines
Qualification / Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Document Control, preferably in construction or tendering.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Aconex, SharePoint, or similar document management systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience in document registers, revision control, transmittals, and electronic filing.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Good English and ability to work under tight deadlines.
