Accurate Record Keeping

Record all analytical data, observations, calculations, and results clearly and accurately in laboratory notebooks, worksheets, or approved electronic systems,

ensuring entries are made in real time.

Development of Protocols and Test Methods

Prepare and document analytical protocols and test methods for new analytical procedures, ensuring they follow applicable scientific, regulatory, and internal quality requirements.

Data Extraction and Processing

Perform accurate data extraction, calculation, and processing from analytical instruments or software systems, ensuring correctness and traceability of results.

Data Integrity Compliance

Ensure all documentation complies with data integrity principles (ALCOA+), maintaining records that are attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original, and accurate.

Document Control

Use only approved and controlled versions of SOPs, analytical methods, worksheets, and forms, ensuring obsolete documents are not used.

Review of Analytical Documentation

Review all documents related to the test, including raw data, calculations, instrument outputs, and reports, to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with procedures.



  • Record Submission and Archiving

    Ensure all analytical records, reports, and supporting documents are properly reviewed, approved, and archived according to the laboratory's document retention and quality management policies.

    Must-have

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy or a related field.
    • At least 1 year of experience in documentation, technical writing, or process methodology (preferably in a lab, pharma, or research setting).
    • Strong knowledge of documentation standards and regulatory requirements (ISO/GLP/GMP).
    • Excellent command of English with strong writing and editing skills.
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

    Nice To Have

    • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management systems.
