Job purpose (overall objectives of the role)
To ensure efficient and cost-effective coordination of domestic and international shipments, compliance with financial standards (IFRS15), and optimization of logistics processes to support seamless supply chain operations and on-time delivery.
Areas of responsibility
o Manage and coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and full documentation compliance.
o Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents to resolve issues and minimize delays.
o Ensure accuracy and completeness of all shipping and customs documentation (e.g., B/L, COO, packing lists, invoices).
o Prepare and verify delivery notes, invoices, PODs, and internal transfer documents.
o Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies for domestic and international logistics.
o Provide updates on shipment status, resolve queries, and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
