We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated B2B Sales Manager to lead our domestic and outbound tourism sales operations from Egypt. This is a strategic role focused on driving sales, maximizing tour occupancy, and building strong partnerships within the local tourism industry. Job Summary:The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence by filling empty seats on outbound tours and boosting demand for domestic packages. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building long-term partnerships, and leveraging market insights to increase revenue and occupancy rates across our portfolio of tours.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute proactive outbound and domestic sales strategies to maximize tour occupancy and reduce seat wastage.
- Identify and target travel agencies, tour operators, and B2B clients across Egypt to promote tour packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the tourism sector, including airlines, hotels, DMCs, and local operators.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to expand our market reach.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure competitive positioning and profitability.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams on inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for growth.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in B2B sales within the Egyptian tourism industry (outbound preferred).
- Established network of contacts with travel agencies, tour operators, and tourism suppliers in Egypt. (Essential)
- In-depth knowledge of outbound tourism trends from Egypt, popular destinations, and customer behavior.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in sales reporting and CRM tools.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
