#Responsibilities:
1: Develop and implement donor loyalty & retention strategies.
2: Lead and mentor the Donor Loyalty team.
3: Monitor donor behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
4: Design recognition and engagement programs to boost donor satisfaction.
5: Prepare regular reports on retention performance and donor insights.
6: Collaborate with Fundraising, Marketing, and Communications teams.
7: Ensure timely acknowledgment and personalized follow-up with donors.
8: Personally handle high-value donors to ensure satisfaction and long-term support.
#Qualifications:
1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
2: 3+ years of experience in Customer Relations, CRM, or Retention roles.
3: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
4: Experience working with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
