Dot NET Engineer (3+ Years Experience) – Azure & Startup Environment

We are looking for a .NET Engineer with expertise in ASP.NET Core and modern .NET stacks, strong Azure skills, and proven delivery in a startup environment. This role focuses on building enterprise-grade, AI-enabled applications using the latest Microsoft technologies, integrating RAG architectures and other AI capabilities directly into business workflows, while ensuring HIPAA-compliant and secure design. Azure Developer Associate certification is mandatory.

You will architect, develop, and optimize applications for Microsoft Teams, Azure Bot Service, and hybrid cloud environments, leveraging AI to improve automation, decision-making, and user experience.

• Build scalable APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core 6/7/8, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and gRPC.
• Implement Clean Architecture, CQRS, and Dependency Injection for maintainable enterprise applications.
• Develop Microsoft Teams-integrated apps with adaptive cards, messaging extensions, and meeting bots.
• Integrate WebRTC and SignalR for real-time collaboration features.
  

• Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Azure AI Search, Azure AI, and vector databases.
• Build AI assistants within enterprise apps for tasks such as:
• Contextual knowledge retrieval from corporate data.
• Automated meeting summaries from Teams calls.
• Document classification and tagging for enterprise content management.
• Predictive analytics for operational decision-making.
• Leverage Azure Cognitive Services (Language, Vision, Speech) for intelligent automation.
• Implement AI-driven anomaly detection for business operations monitoring.
  

• Deploy workloads to Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Functions.
• Orchestrate messaging with Azure Service Bus and Event Grid.
• Manage APIs via Azure API Management with throttling, caching, and authentication policies.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Bicep.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (YAML).
• Integrate Application Insights for AI-powered monitoring and root cause analysis.
  

• Implement secure authentication/authorization: OAuth 2.0, Azure AD, AD B2C, MSAL.
• Ensure HIPAA and GDPR compliance for all apps handling sensitive data.

• 3+ years in .NET development with ASP.NET Core.
• Proficiency in C# and C++ for performance-critical modules.
• Proven experience building AI-powered enterprise apps in Azure.
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines and Azure Cognitive Services.
• Hands-on with Azure Functions, Bot Service, Service Bus, API Management, Application Insights.
• DevOps expertise: Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Terraform, Bash, PowerShell.
• Azure Developer Associate certification (mandatory).
