Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced .NET Application Support Engineer to provide Level 2 support for enterprise web-based applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in troubleshooting, debugging, patch management, and working closely with development teams to ensure high system availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 technical support for .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET) and SQL queries.
  • Support and troubleshoot web-based applications (mandatory).
  • Analyze and debug C# / JavaScript-based applications.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform maintenance tasks, bug fixes, and application updates.
  • Provide technical consultation and support to development teams.
  • Handle Patch Management and Version Control activities.
  • Follow ITIL processes including Incident Management and Problem Management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a computer-related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in an L2 application support role.
  • Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, SQL, and debugging methodologies.
  • Strong experience supporting web applications (required).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident/Problem Management and related practices).
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Bilingual: Arabic & English (verbal and written)
