Role Summary
AZTECH is seeking a Downstream Operations & Commercial Manager with strong hands-on experience in oil & gas downstream operations, energy trading, and commercial P&L management. This role focuses on profitability, margin optimization, revenue growth, and operational excellence, rather than marketing or product management.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of Downstream P&L, including Gross Margin, Net Income, and Operating Margin.
- Drive sales revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
- Lead pricing strategy, contracts, and margin optimization.
- Oversee downstream trading, distribution, and commercial operations.
- Improve operational efficiency and cost optimization across the downstream value chain.
- Coordinate with midstream, supply chain, finance, and operations teams.
- Monitor Saudi energy market trends and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required Profile
- Proven experience in Downstream Operations, Energy Trading, or Commercial Management within Oil & Gas / Energy sector.
- Demonstrated success in P&L ownership, revenue growth, and margin improvement.
- Strong background in pricing, contracts, trading, and commercial decision-making.
- Experience in the Saudi downstream market is highly preferred.
- Marketing-only or product-focused profiles are not suitable for this role.
- Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
