Description
We are seeking a skilled Dozer Operator to join our construction team in the Gulf. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience operating bulldozers and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including grading and moving materials on construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Operate bulldozers to perform tasks such as grading, excavating, and moving materials.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on dozers to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on construction sites.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects on schedule.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to determine work requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience operating dozers in a construction environment.
- Valid driver's license and heavy machinery operator certification.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on dozers.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
