ABOUT THE ROLE

Based at the Corporate Office in Dubai, the Executive Assistant & Communications Specialist will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives while managing corporate communications and digital presence.

Key Accountabilities

Executive Support

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, board meetings, and conferences.
  • Organizing and maintaining an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of information.

Communications & Content Management

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute corporate communications, reports, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Manage crisis communication and provide strategic messaging when needed.
  • Assist in speechwriting and presentation development for executives.
  • Engage with media, clients, and partners to strengthen relationships. ( optional )

Website Maintenance & Digital Presence

  • Maintain and update the company website with relevant content.
  • Ensure website functionality, accuracy, and SEO optimization. (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Monitor and analyze website performance, making improvements where needed.
  • Manage digital integrations with social media.
  • Work with IT or external developers to resolve website-related issues.

Qualificatiion & Experience

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or similar
  • Experience in the marine industry is an advantage.
  • Proven experience of minimum 5 years as an Executive Assistant, Communications Specialist, or similar role
