This is a full-time on-site role for a DRAFTSMAN 2D & 3D at HPI Industries LLC, based in Sharjah. The DRAFTSMAN will be responsible for creating accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings, blueprints, and models required for modular building projects. This involves interpreting project specifications, collaborating with engineers and project managers, maintaining design documentation, ensuring drawings meet industry standards, and revising designs as necessary. The role also requires attention to deadlines and adherence to quality standards during project execution.

• Proficient in 2D and 3D drafting using CAD software such as AutoCAD and specialized 3D modeling tools
• Experience in technical drawing, blueprint creation, and architectural or engineering design
• Ability to interpret project specifications and translate them into precise technical designs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with engineers, project managers, and other team members
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently
• Familiarity with building codes and safety standards within the construction or modular building industry
• A degree or diploma in architecture, civil engineering, or equivalent field is preferred
• Previous experience in the modular construction sector is a plus
