Draftsman

Job purpose:

To prepare precise shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and detailed BIM models, ensuring alignment with project schedules and technical standards.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Shop Drawings

·  Prepare accurate and detailed shop drawings and composite drawings in line with the approved project schedule and technical requirements.

2. BIM Models

·  Generate BIM models covering both building and infrastructure scopes, in accordance with the project schedule.

3. Other Job-Related Duties

· Perform any additional duties related to the role as assigned by the direct manager.

HSE and Safety:

· Ensure strict adherence to all applicable safety and HSE standards and regulations in workplace activities.

Quality and policies:

· Adhere to established quality guidelines and best practices to ensure all work meets the highest standards and complies with relevant policies and procedures.

Reporting and Presentations

·   Prepare clear and accurate reports and presentations as required to communicate progress, findings, or recommendations.
