Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with strong experience in civil, architectural, and interior design drawings to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our fit-out, contracting, and landscape projects by preparing accurate technical drawings and detailed shop drawings required for project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed shop drawings for interior fit-out, architectural, civil, and landscape works.
- Develop technical drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details based on design concepts and site requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project specifications.
- Produce joinery drawings, furniture details, and interior fit-out drawings when required.
- Prepare as-built drawings after project completion.
- Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and project standards.
- Revise drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and client feedback.
- Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Draftsman in fit-out, construction, or contracting companies.
- Strong experience in civil, architectural, and interior design drawings.
- Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings for fit-out and landscape works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D software is an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction details, materials, and fit-out processes.
- Ability to coordinate with site teams and designers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Drafting.
- Experience working on interior fit-out and landscape projects.
