Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can build, manage, and optimize operational systems that support the company's growing portfolio of services. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple operational streams, coordinating with different teams and stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong organizational capabilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage operations across infrastructure, service delivery, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain operational systems to support business growth and service delivery
  • Oversee the daily operational functions across projects and internal teams
  • Establish and maintain standards for productivity, accuracy, and service quality
  • Monitor operational performance and continuously evaluate processes for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and operational requirements
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Support infrastructure, facility management, and service delivery initiatives
  • Manage operational planning and budgets to align with company objectives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, business management, logistics, or a related role
  • Experience working in operations, service management, logistics, infrastructure, or similar sectors is highly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders
