Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to join our team. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Civil and/or MEP drafting works and be capable of preparing accurate technical drawings in accordance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Prepare detailed Civil, Architectural and/or MEP drawings using AutoCAD.

•⁠ ⁠Develop shop drawings, layout drawings, sections, elevations and details as required.

•⁠ ⁠Review drawings and coordinate with engineers, project teams and other disciplines.

•⁠ ⁠Make revisions based on engineering and client comments.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards and approved designs.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate drawings to identify and resolve clashes and technical discrepancies.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Civil/MEP drafting.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Civil, Architectural and/or MEP drawings.

•⁠ ⁠Good attention to detail and accuracy.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidates with experience in construction, steel fabrication, gates, architectural metalwork or related industries will be an advantage.
