Position: Draftsperson (with Fit-Out Experience)

Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Type: Full-time

Role Purpose:

The Draftsperson is responsible for developing accurate CAD drawings, layouts, 3D renderings, and technical presentations using specialized software to support design and project execution. The role ensures deliverables meet project requirements, design standards, and timelines while working closely with designers and project teams.

It also supports project coordination through effective documentation management, preparation of BOQs and technical data, and consistent tracking and reporting of progress. The position contributes to clear communication, organized workflows, and efficient delivery of design outputs across projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed CAD drawings, layouts, and technical plans using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D renderings and visual presentations using 3ds Max and related tools.
• Support project teams with documentation and design-related deliverables.
• Collaborate with designers to review and refine drawings and outputs.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, pricing documents, and technical data sheets.
• Ensure proper organization of documentation on internal systems.
• Maintain accurate records of project communications and files.
• Track and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Submit timesheets and maintain accurate work tracking.
• Provide regular updates on task and project status.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (fit-out, furniture manufacturing, or design detailing).
• Bachelor in Interior Design, Product Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
