Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Draving role based in Dammam, focused on creating high-quality drawings and visual concepts to meet client and project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting briefs, sketching initial concepts, refining and finalizing artwork, and preparing drawings in the required formats. The role involves collaborating with clients or project leads to understand specifications, revising work based on feedback, and ensuring all deliverables meet agreed quality and timing standards. The position also requires maintaining organized files, following any relevant design or technical guidelines, and continuously improving artistic and technical techniques.
Qualifications

Demonstrated drawing skills, including strong sketching, shading, and composition abilities.
Ability to interpret project requirements and translate ideas into clear visual concepts.
Experience with traditional drawing tools and, preferably, basic familiarity with digital illustration software.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in all artwork produced.
Effective communication skills and the ability to accept and incorporate constructive feedback.
Reliable time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a full-time on-site environment.
Portfolio showcasing relevant drawing work; formal art or design education is an advantage but not required.
