Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DRC Consultant with a strong SAP Finance background to support the implementation and delivery of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), with a primary focus on E-Invoicing.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP Finance and DRC E-Invoicing, along with proven experience delivering at least 2 end-to-end DRC E-Invoicing implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP DRC E-Invoicing implementation projects from requirement gathering through go-live and post-go-live support.
• Analyze business and regulatory requirements related to electronic invoicing and tax compliance.
• Configure and support SAP DRC processes based on business and country-specific requirements.
• Work closely with SAP Finance (FI) teams to ensure seamless integration of invoicing and financial processes.
• Understand and support end-to-end invoice processing, including invoice generation, validation, submission, response handling, and reporting.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, SAP functional teams, and external tax/e-invoicing platforms.
• Perform requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams for required enhancements and integrations.
• Support SIT, UAT, integration testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Troubleshoot DRC and E-Invoicing-related issues and provide functional solutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable e-invoicing and tax regulations.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and prepare functional documentation for business and support teams.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall SAP/Finance experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Finance / FI.
• Strong experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
• Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations of DRC E-Invoicing.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end E-Invoicing business processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Good understanding of SAP integration with external tax authorities / e-invoicing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and invoicing processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional SAP teams including FI, SD, and technical/integration teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Exposure to multiple-country or international E-Invoicing requirements.
• Experience with tax compliance and statutory reporting.
• Experience working with external government/tax authority platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and APIs is an added advantage.
• Previous experience working on projects in the GCC / Middle East region is preferred.
