Dress Tailor (Evening Gowns & Bridal Wear)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dress Tailor who specializes in evening gowns and bridal dresses.

Key Responsibilities

Design, cut, sew, and alter bridal gowns, evening dresses, and custom formal wear

Perform tucking, pleating, draping, hemming, and fitting adjustments

Set and dress mannequins for fittings, display, and design visualization

Collaborate with clients to ensure the perfect fit, silhouette, and finish

Handle delicate fabrics (silk, lace, chiffon, satin) with expertise

Maintain sewing machines, tools, and workspace in excellent condition

Requirements

Proven experience as a Tailor / Dressmaker / Seamstress (bridal and evening wear experience preferred)

Strong skills in pattern making, alterations, and garment finishing

Knowledge of fashion design techniques, fabrics, and embellishments

Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship

Preferred Skills

Experience working with custom designs or haute couture pieces

Understanding of body measurements, draping, and mannequin styling

Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
