Driven By Her is back for its second cohort, and this year, we're going further.

At BNK Automotive, we believe the automotive industry is stronger when it reflects the full range of talent available. Driven By Her is our internship program dedicated to building diverse representation across Kuwait's automotive sector, and this June, we're opening applications for Cohort 2.

This year's program is more immersive than ever. Selected candidates will rotate across all departments at BNK Automotive, Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Finance, and CRM, gaining a full understanding of how a world-class dealership operates from every angle.

What to expect:

• 6 weeks of hands-on, department-wide rotations
• You'll be doing actual work from day one, supported by mentors across every department
• A capstone project evaluated by our leadership team
• Top performers will have the opportunity of a full-time position at BNK Automotive

Who we're looking for:

• Engineering graduates of all disciplines
• Based in or able to commute to Kuwait
• Available full-time from June 7 to July 16, 2025
• No automotive experience required, only the drive to learn
