Role Description The Driver cum HVAC Helper is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates. This position involves safely driving company Vehicles to transport staff, HVAC equipment, tools, and materials to and from project sites. The role supports HVAC technicians with basic installation, maintenance, and repair tasks, including loading and unloading materials and assisting with setup and site preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include following assigned routes and schedules, complying with traffic and safety regulations, and keeping vehicles clean and in good working order. The Driver cum HVAC Helper also interacts with clients and colleagues in a professional manner, supports emergency or after-hours calls when required, and follows company procedures and safety standards on all job sites.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess manual LMV Driving license.
• Candidates should be interested in basic HVAC assistance skills, including handling tools and materials, and supporting installation and maintenance work.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, lift and move heavy equipment, and work in varying indoor and outdoor environments.
• Previous experience in HVAC, MEP, or facilities maintenance is an advantage.
• Experience or ITI vocational course certificate in AC & refrigeration, or equivalent, with willingness to participate in ongoing training and certifications.
