- Transport workers between dormitory and yard according to scheduled timings
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during transit
- Adhere strictly to traffic rules and company safety regulations
- Conduct daily vehicle checks (e.g., fuel level, engine condition, cleanliness)
- Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle
- Assist in coordinating transport schedules when required
- Ensure punctuality and reliability in all transportation duties
Key Requirements
- Valid Saudi Arabia driving license (appropriate class for the assigned vehicle, e.g., bus/van)
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant driving experience, preferably in worker transportation
- Good knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and safety awareness
- Ability to communicate basic instructions in English
- Physically fit and able to work in a site-based environment
