Job Summary:

The Dry-Cleaning Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a dry-cleaning facility. This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of garment care, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

• Overseeing daily operations
• Managing and training staff
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintaining quality standards
• Overseeing garment processes, ensuring quality cleaning and timely delivery
• Improving operational efficiency
• Fostering a positive work environment and promote team collaboration.

Additionally, the role involves handling budgets, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing laundry or dry-cleaning operations
• Proficiency in staff management, training, and development
• Abilities in budget management, inventory control, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Experience in the hospitality or facilities management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher

Preferred Skills:

• Certification or training in textile care or dry-cleaning processes
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Understanding of environmental and safety standards in the industry
• Sales or business development experience is a plus
• Fluency in English with any other language knowledge a plus
