Key Responsibilities

Develop relationships with companies involved in: Cross-border trade; E-commerce; Logistics and supply chain; B2B marketplaces; Trade communities and associations

Identify and introduce potential merchants requiring cross-border payment services

Support merchant onboarding and account setup

Coordinate communication between clients, partners, and internal teams

Assist in managing sales pipeline and follow-ups

Support operational processes and internal reporting

Requirements

13 years experience in: Trade, E-commerce, Logistics, B2B commerce, Business development support

Strong understanding of local business ecosystems in the UAE

Ability to access or introduce potential clients through networks is a strong advantage

Strong communication and coordination skills

Fluent in Mandarin and English
