About the Role
We're hiring an experienced Dubai real estate consultant to represent Worthmont at our US roadshows and manage investor relationships remotely from Dubai between events.
This role suits consultants who enjoy high-intent conversations over high-volume selling. You'll be meeting investors who have already shown interest, understand the Dubai market, and are ready to engage, your role is to guide, advise, and close.
What You'll Do
- Represent Worthmont and Sobha Realty / key developer partners at US roadshows (primarily weekends)
- Conduct in-person consultations with pre-qualified, US-based HNI investors
- Close off-plan Sobha transactions and support ready / secondary market deals
- Manage virtual investor meetings and follow-ups from Dubai between roadshows
- Coordinate closely with internal sales and operations teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deal documentation
- Support Dubai-based client meetings and property viewings when required
What We're Looking For (Must-Have)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Valid US B1/B2 visa (mandatory for travel)
- Currently based in Dubai, UAE
- Proven ability to close luxury or off-plan property deals
- Strong, confident English communication skills
- High standards of integrity, responsiveness, and professionalism
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in Dubai Real Estate
- Prior experience with Sobha Realty (strong advantage)
- Experience working with Emaar, DAMAC, or other leading Dubai developers
- Exposure to HNI, NRI, or international investor clients
- Secondary / ready property experience within Sobha communities
- Multilingual abilities
