Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints and challenges promptly while striving for maximum customer satisfaction

- Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends to provide informed support to customers
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or related positions is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tech-savvy capabilities are preferred
