BO DWDMEngineer
We are hiring an experienced BO DWDM Engineer to support and manage Optical Transmission networks within the transmission domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Back Office (BO) operations for DWDM / OTN networks.
- Monitor performance, fault, and configuration management.
- Troubleshoot fiber and transmission network issues.
- Manage incidents and ticketing within agreed SLA/KPI.
- Operate and support NMS/EMS systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in DWDM / Optical Transmission networks.
- Strong hands-on experience in DWDM technologies and OTN.
- Solid knowledge of DWDM architecture (ROADM, EDFA, Optical Amplifiers).
- Experience in transmission BO operations.
- Understanding of SDH / MPLS-TP is a plus.
- Preferred: Experience with Huawei DWDM solutions
