Role OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Dyna Driver based in Dammam to handle local collection and transport of recyclable materials. Operating medium-duty commercial trucks (3.5T to 7T), you will pick up materials from suppliers, commercial hubs, and industrial sites across Dammam, Khobar, Jubail, and surrounding areas, delivering them safely to processing facilities and customer locations.
Key Responsibilities- Local Transport & Collections: Drive 3.5T to 7T Dyna trucks safely to handle daily collection routes and multi-stop deliveries across the Eastern Province.
- Cargo Security: Load, position, and secure recyclable materials (polymers, light metals, paper, electronics) using straps, ropes, or tarpaulins to prevent shifting or loss during transit.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to Saudi Traffic Laws, speed limits, vehicle weight regulations, and Transport General Authority (TGA) road safety guidelines.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks (tires, oil, brakes, lights); keep assigned Dyna clean and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Documentation & Receipts: Ensure all trip logs, delivery receipts, weight slips, and client sign-offs are properly completed and submitted to dispatch.
- Dispatch Coordination: Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site supervisors to adjust routes, manage road delays, and optimize daily schedules.
Qualifications & Requirements- Driving License: Valid Saudi Medium Commercial Driving License (or valid Heavy Driving License).
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience driving Dyna trucks (box, flatbed, or open body) in Saudi Arabia. Experience in waste management, recycling, or local courier/logistics transport is a plus.
- Local Knowledge: Strong knowledge of roads, traffic patterns, and industrial districts across Dammam (1st, 2nd, 3rd Industrial Areas), Khobar, and Jubail.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift, load, secure materials, and work effectively in outdoor conditions.
- Language: Basic-to-intermediate Arabic skills required; Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Tamil, or Malayalam
- Residency: Valid, transferable Saudi Iqama
