Job Description
As a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Technical lead at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering robust technical solutions that align with business requirements and Microsoft best practices. You will lead solution architecture, technical design, and development efforts while ensuring quality, security, and compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform, and Azure services, along with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Technical Design
Translate business requirements into scalable and robust technical designs across Dataverse, Plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript, PCF controls, and integrations with Azure services.
Define and enforce non-functional requirements, including security, performance, availability, and observability, throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Develop architecture assets such as solution blueprints, integration contracts, data models, sequence/component diagrams, and deployment topologies.
Development Leadership
Establish and enforce coding standards, review pull requests, and implement quality gates (e.g., static analysis, unit/integration tests).
Mentor and guide engineers across backend, frontend, integration, and QA disciplines, ensuring effective task breakdown, accurate estimates, and successful sprint execution.
Lead technical spikes and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to address complex requirements, such as omnichannel routing, complex entitlement, or high-volume case ingestion.
Power Platform & Dynamics 365 CE
Design and build Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, and virtual tables.
Implement Dynamics 365 CE extensibility, including Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Dataverse Web API, Commanding & Ribbon Workbench, and PCF controls.
Leverage Copilot capabilities (e.g., Copilot in Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio) responsibly to enhance user productivity and experience.
Integration & Data Management
Design and implement integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, and webhooks, with defined error handling and retry strategies.
Develop and own data migration strategies, including extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes, performance tuning, and reconciliation.
ALM, DevOps & Environment Management
Establish CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including solution layering strategies, branching models, and release cadences.
Manage environments (Dev/Test/UAT/Pre-Prod/Prod), deployment automation, configuration management, and feature toggles.
Quality, Security & Compliance
Champion test automation (unit, integration, UI), code coverage, and performance testing.
Ensure secure development practices, including least privilege, secrets management, conditional access, DLP policies, and audit compliance.
Align with Microsoft Secure Score guidance and internal governance standards.
Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with functional leads, project managers, and client architects to present technical options and evaluate trade-offs.
Support presales activities, including estimations, solution approaches, and demonstrations, while contributing reusable assets and accelerators.
Required Qualifications
