We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce & Website Executive for a MNCto manage website operations, support SEO initiatives, and drive digital content and CRM activities. The role will focus on enhancing online visibility, improving customer engagement, and ensuring smooth execution of digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize performance of e-retailers on owned brand websites UAE, KSA, OM, KW, QAT, BAH
- SEO project lead: with support of Regional and Global teams and/or Agency
- Execution of website content maintenance (quality assurance & testing) Master content implementations
- Deployment of roll-out and support of different website features
- Lead SEO projects in coordination with external agencies, including content optimization and performance tracking
- Support product content management, including A+ content and CMS updates
- Assist in website operations and CMS implementations to ensure seamless user experience
- Participate in the development and execution of CRM campaigns, including B2B & B2C newsletters
- Coordinate with agencies for intranet article creation and internal communications
- Manage and optimize Google My Business listings to improve local SEO and visibility
- Support local search strategies and maintain accurate digital business information
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or website management
- Familiarity with SEO, CMS platforms, and CRM tools
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of analytics and digital performance metrics
