The E-Commerce Associate – Marketplaces will support day-to-day marketplace execution across Noon, Trendyol, FirstCry, and other priority e-commerce accounts, with a particular focus on Private Brands. The primary purpose of this role is to replicate the high level of execution achieved on Amazon across other regional marketplaces and unlock accelerated growth through optimized availability, high-converting content, enhanced visibility, and strategic advertising.
What You'll Be Doing
Listing Management & Compliance: Ensure all products are listed, approved, live, and fully available across assigned marketplaces. Proactively resolve listing, content, compliance, pricing, and product-suppression issues.
Content & Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, imagery, backend keywords, and listing content to boost product discoverability, search ranking, and conversion rates.
Pricing, Stock & Campaign Coordination: Monitor product availability, pricing accuracy, and promotional participation, escalating risks to E-Commerce Leads. Support coordination with marketplace account managers for campaigns, deals, and key sales events.
Retail Media & Sponsored Ads: Support the setup, monitoring, and continuous optimization of sponsored ads and retail media campaigns. Track and analyze ad spend, revenue, ACoS, conversion, and overall campaign performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Identify top-sellers, high-potential SKUs, and aging inventory requiring promotional support. Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports covering marketplace KPIs.
What You'll Need
Experience
The Foundation: 2–4 years of hands-on professional experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
The Domain: Direct, practical experience with Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, and other regional platforms. Background in consumer goods, retail, baby products, or Private Brands is highly preferred.
The Track Record: Proven history of successfully managing end-to-end product listings, rich content, promotional calendars, and sponsored ad campaigns.
Qualification
Language & Tools: Strong written and spoken English. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and marketplace reporting dashboards/tools.
Technical Acumen: Good understanding of digital shelf mechanics, product launch cycles, and listing algorithms.
Mindset & Skills
Analytical Mastery: Strong analytical mindset with high confidence evaluating e-commerce performance data and marketplace metrics (traffic, conversion, ACoS, ROAS).
Detail-Oriented Execution: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask across multiple brands and large SKU catalogs simultaneously.
Proactive Problem Solver: Agile operator who takes initiative to spot suppression, stock, or content issues before they impact sales.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Catalog Health: High percentage of assigned SKUs live/available, reduction in listing/compliance issues, and total number of fully optimized listings.
Traffic & Conversion: Measurable improvements in organic traffic, conversion rates, and listing search rankings.
Ad Efficiency: Optimized advertising revenue alongside target ACoS/ROAS performance.
Campaign Execution: On-time execution of promotional calendars, deals, and campaign deadlines.
Revenue Growth: Contribution to overall marketplace revenue growth targets (TBC).
