Job Description
- Lead endtoend e-commerce activations and initiatives across major regional marketplace partners.
- Optimise digital shelf performance through bestinclass product content, SEO, enriched media, and continuous testing.
- Plan and execute highimpact promotions, campaigns, and visibility programs to drive traffic and conversion.
- Analyse platform and campaign performance, translating data into actions that improve ranking, visibility, and sales outcomes.
- Oversee marketplace merchandising, including banners, sponsored placements, and promotional assets to maximise impact.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and category dynamics to identify growth opportunities and strengthen marketplace presence.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 2-4 years of handson experience in e-commerce, digital trade, performance marketing, or marketplace operations.
- Strong analytical ability with experience turning data into performancedriving insights.
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, with strong ownership and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working crossfunctionally with brand, commercial, and marketplace teams.
- Experience with digital shelf optimisation, marketplace tools, or e-commerce performance dashboards is a strong advantage.
