Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and execution-driven E-Commerce Executiveto drive daily operations, store performance, and sales growth across our primary marketplace platforms: TikTok Shop and Shopee.
In this role, you will take hands-on ownership of our seller backends - managing store operations, executing platform mega-sales, coordinating live-selling schedules, and building an active affiliate creator network. You will work closely with our internal creative, inventory, and ops teams to ensure seamless execution and maximise daily shop GMV.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Platform & Store Operations
- Storefront Maintenance: Manage day-to-day backend operations on TikTok Shop Seller Center and Shopee Seller Centre, ensuring product listings, imagery, stock levels, and search keywords are fully optimised.
- Campaign Setup & Execution: Assist in planning and setting up platform promotional mechanics including double-digit mega sales (e.g., 9.9, 11.11), payday sales, flash deals, vouchers, and exclusive shop bundles.
- Platform Alignment:Work alongside platform Account Managers (TikTok & Shopee) to execute platform-led initiatives, register for key campaigns, and secure promotional support.
2. Affiliate & Creator Outreach
- Affiliate Pipeline Execution: Identify, reach out to, and onboard relevant TikTok and Shopee affiliates and content creators to generate steady showcase tagging and product reviews.
- Sample Dispatch & Briefing: Coordinate product sample dispatches, follow up with creators on posting timelines, and share promotional angles to ensure alignment on campaign goals.
- Performance Tracking: Track affiliate content output and sales performance to identify top-performing creators and optimise commission/incentive structures.
3. Livestreaming & Live Selling Coordination
- Schedule Management: Organise and manage the live-selling schedule on TikTok Shop and Shopee, coordinating with in-house hosts or external partners to ensure consistent live coverage.
- Live Setup & Ops:Set up product pin lists, configure live-exclusive vouchers, and prepare promotional mechanics prior to every stream to drive real-time live conversions.
4. Order Processing & Customer Support
- Fulfilment Coordination: Monitor daily order flow to ensure timely fulfillment, SLA compliance, low cancellation/return rates, and high store health ratings.
- Customer Engagement: Handle or monitor platform customer chats, inquiries, and product reviews to maintain high response rates and customer satisfaction.
5. Sales Reporting & Market Tracking
- Performance Reporting: Track daily/weekly sales metrics including GMV, traffic, conversion rates, and affiliate sales contribution to identify operational improvement areas.
- Competitor Monitoring:Keep an eye on competitor pricing, store campaigns, live-stream tactics, and bundle offers to help refine our tactical approach.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing seller backends on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Platform Tools: Familiar with TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, Shopee Seller Centre marketing tools, and live-stream backends.
- Execution-Focused: Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage fast-moving promo setup deadlines and inventory schedules.
- Data-Literate: Comfortable pulling and reading basic platform analytics reports to track performance and spot trends.
- Adaptable: Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
